Our star ingredient provides the gentlest and most nourishing cleansing experience you can give your skin. Tallow has a similar fatty acid composition to skin and works great for all skin types. It also provides our soap with impressive longevity.

COCONUT OIL
Provides a rich and airy foam, which makes the soap wonderfully cleansing and effectively removes dirt and excess sebum. It contributes to the hardness of the soap, so that it lasts longer. Thanks to the natural properties of coconut oil, your skin stays clean and fresh, without drying out.
OLIVE OIL
Known for its softening and moisturizing properties. It helps nourish the skin and makes the soap mild, which is ideal for a gentle and comfortable cleansing. Olive oil contributes to a creamy lather and ensures that the soap does not dry out, while keeping the skin supple and healthy.
CASTOR OIL
Known for its ability to condition both skin and hair. It promotes a rich, dense lather that helps cleanse without disrupting the natural moisture balance. This oil is also excellent for promoting healthy hair growth and improving shine. Castor oil provides extra hydration, making hair soft and bouncy, while soothing and softening the skin.
LYE & WATER
Sodium hydroxide (lye) is an age-old ingredient used to saponify oil and grease. Although caustic in its pure form, it becomes an inactive ingredient that, along with the water, is completely gone once the soap has fully hardened after 4-6 weeks of maturing .

We work together with small-scale, local Dutch natural farmers. This means that the animals follow a natural diet and contribute to healthy soil and biodiversity. In this way, you support the Dutch farmer and you get a pure, sustainable and nutritious soap.
For some people it may feel different at first because synthetic shampoos leave a silicone plastic layer. Our natural shampoo cleanses without aggressive sulphates, which your hair needs some time to get used to.
During this transition, extra sebum production can occur, but this will recover on its own. Rinsing with diluted apple cider vinegar can help.
We believe that skin issues are often related to your diet and gut health, however many of our customers have experienced improvements by simply switching soaps.
With our soap you can be sure that you are not adding toxins or harsh chemicals to your skin. After all, our skin is our largest organ and absorbs a large part of the substances that we apply to it.
Our bar lasts on average 2-3 months with daily use, depending on how much you use.
Store the bar in a dry soap dish to extend its life.

Ik gebruik de Lavendel Tallow Shampoo Bar van SHRINE nu een tijdje en ik ben écht onder de indruk! Mijn haar én huid worden er heerlijk zacht van. Mijn hoofdhuid voelt veel minder droog aan en mijn haar glanst weer — zonder een waslijst aan onbegrijpelijke ingrediënten.
Omdat deze bar gemaakt is van 100% grass-fed tallow van Nederlandse bodem, waardeer ik het nóg meer. Minder plastic, geen schadelijke stoffen en tóch luxe verzorging.

Mooi product. Crème besteld voor zoon met een soort schimmel/eczeem op gezicht… nog aan het uitproberen. Shampoo bar is even wennen masr het naspoelen met water/ azijn gaat wel beter. Nog niet helemaal balans erin gevonden maar leuke uitdaging ( ik wil een beetje mijn natuurlijke haar vinden) mooie spullen en voelt goed! Succes!
Als een gezin dat focust op een low/non-tox leven hecht wij veel waarden aan transparantie omtrent de ingrediënten en hoe die zijn geproduceerd. Shrine is het enige tallow skincare bedrijf in Nederland die aan onze standaard voldoet.
Naast de shampoo is de lippen balsem mijn favoriet. Niet alleen voor lippen, maar alle hele droge plekjes. Ik kan niet wachten te zien wat shrine nog meer gaat ontwikkelen! Wij zijn super blij en dankbaar voor shrine!

Wast goed m'n haar, beter dan normale shampoo. Voelt ook aan als een natuurlijk product ipv chemische cocktail. Ruikt naar rund zoals verwacht.
Je haar moet even wennen en voelt wat stroef aan na het wassen. Maar het schuimt heerlijk en zorgt lang voor fris haar.
Heel tevreden van. Geen brol en 1000 ingredienten meer... Zou het iedereen aanraden! Ook zeer vriendelijke communicatie en snelle verzending!

Hoi Stijn, ik ben echt super blij met de shampoo- en de zeepbar! Mijn haar was heel erg futloos, dun, gespleten haarpunten. Sinds ik deze shampoo gebruik is mijn haar veel voller geworden en zijn veel gespleten haarpunten verdwenen! Ik kan het wassen van mijn haar zelfs een dag uitstellen, normaal is het sneller vet 🤩

Ik vind het een erg fijn product. Volledig schone ingrediënten, allemaal van hoge kwaliteit. En het maakt mijn lijf erg goed schoon. Ik ruik na gebruik heerlijk fris, geen nare geursporen (in het bijzonder onder mijn oksels 😬) blijven achter.
Zeer tevreden met deze Tallow zeep! Fijn dat het blok multifunctioneel is. Ik gebruik hem voor body, face en hair wash. Daarnaast ook super om als scheerschuim te gebruiken. Voor mij nooit meer anders! Ga zo door

Na veel frustatie door het gebruiken van Andrelon shampoo, waardoor mijn haar helemaal futloos werd, biedt deze zeep de perfecte oplossing. Mijn haar blijft volume en karakter houden na gebruik. Ook voor hand en lichaam te gebruiken.
Zeer tevreden met de kwaliteit van de zeep! Natuurlijke producten zonder toegevoegde poespas. Dit ga je niet in de supermarkt vinden! 🙌
